Forgot your Uhive login password or just want to change it? Uhive easily allows you to do so!
Change the Login Password
- Open your Uhive app.
- Tap the menu icon
at the upper-left corner → Settings. - Tap the Change Password option under the Account section.
- Enter your current Uhive login password and the new one, and confirm it.
- Tap the Save button.
Reset the Login Password via the Uhive App
- Download Uhive from Google Play or App Store.
- Open the Uhive app and tap the Already have an account? Log in option.
- Tap the Continue with Phone number or Email button.
- Tap the Forgot your password? option.
- A screen with two tabs will be opened:
- Email: If your Uhive account is associated with an email address, enter it under this tab and tap the Send button. An email from no-reply@uhive.com will be sent to you, containing a password reset code. Enter that code in the Uhive app and tap the Verify Code button.
- Phone number: If your Uhive account is associated with a phone number, enter it under this tab and tap the Send button. An SMS from Uhive will be sent to you, containing a password reset code. Enter that code in the Uhive app and tap the Verify Code button.
- Now, type a new password and confirm it, then tap the Confirm button.
Reset the Login Password via the Uhive Website
- Go to https://account.uhive.com/home/forgetpassword/
- Enter your Uhive login email or phone number and click Submit.
- An email or SMS from Uhive will be sent to you, containing a password reset code. Enter that code on the Uhive web page and tap the Submit button.
