How to generate the debugging logs on Android devices?
Make sure that your Uhive app is up-to-date!
- Open your Uhive app.
- Replicate the issue you are having or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
- Tap the Menu icon at the upper-left corner.
- Tap the Settings & privacy option.
- In the Settings & privacy screen, scroll down and tap the Send logs option under the Actions section.
- Proceed with emailing the debugging logs. Don’t forget to write a proper description of your issue in the body of the email. This will speed up the troubleshooting process.
