Uhive is in its early stages. In order to help us enhance your experience, we may request the trace/debugging logs.
How to generate the debugging logs?
Make sure that your Uhive app is up-to-date!
- Open your Uhive app.
- Replicate the issue you are having or wait for it to happen as it usually does.
- Tap the Menu icon
at the upper left corner.
- Tap the Settings option.
- In the Settings screen, scroll down and tap the Send logs option under the Advanced Settings section.
- Proceed with emailing the debugging logs. Don’t forget to write a proper description of your issue in the body of the email. This will speed up the troubleshooting process.
